POMS will be in POMS studio locations and private community locations in Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah, Newcastle, Mercer Island, Bellevue, Northshore area and more per group request. Class sizes typically range from 8-16 cheerleaders based on 1 or 2 of our coaches for that location.   At the end of each session we will send a video of your cheerleaders work and we have community training opportunities!  Thank you for your patience as most of our classes fill quickly, same day as posted.  We look forward to cheering with you!

POMS Giving Back

POMS is Giving Back! Our local Women's and Children's shelters in the area are accepting donation and gift cards. When you purchase a POMS Giving card of $25, we will automatically send a $50 grocery/store gift card to our local shelters. POMS will match your donation of every $25 to provide a gift card to our local shelter that will go directly to those in need. Thank you for helping to bring cheer to others and for helping POMS to give back! POMS will provide a drawstring bag with every gift card with water bottle, blanket and handwritten note. Thank you for being a part of POMS Giving! During the December season we also do a Toy/Gift Drive for gently used gifts for ages 0-18 that are delivered on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

Welcome to POMS Cheer and Dance Community! Please select your age and location in Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle, Mercer Island, Kirkland, Northshore or private to register. We offer sessions for ages 3-18, POMS holds classes during the school year from October to end of May in 3 sessions. POMS will meet 1x a week for 1 hour and each 8 week session has new material and choreography. POMS focuses on all different levels by providing individual challenges to cheerleaders to promote personal growth. POMS will focus on movement, voice strength, cheer and chants, dance, rally skills , tumbling and performance techniques. We work on being a leader by working in small groups, choreography games and performing in front of one another. Each 8 week session will end with a celebration and there are community giving back options and performances throughout the year. POMS is Passion, Optimism, Motivation, and Spirit!

This is a drop off class. Cheerleaders will have a water and snack break! You can join at any time and classes will be prorated. Email team@pomscheer.com if you want to have POMS in your area. Private classes and workshops are available and party options, email team@pomscheer.com.
